All Cried Out (Bethany/Cody)

Bethany sat at the bar, nursing what had to be her third martini. Since movin to the states from London she'd been alone. No friends to her name, or significant other, nothing. The diamond B neckle around her neck shone brightly in the club lightly and hung down to just above the top of her black strapless dress. Her make up was done dramatically, smoky eyes and dark red lips. Silver jewelery accented the dark colors in her dress, her silver open toe heels showed off her freshly painted toenails to go along with her french manicure. It was clear she was looking for attention.

Cody glanced at the blonde as he sat down at the bar and ordered a beer.

Bethany looked at Cody for a moment and quickly looked away, tucking her hair behind her ear.

Cody took a sip of his beer before he looked around the bar.

Bethany ordered yet another martini.

"You can put that one on my tab." Cody said.

"You don't have to do that," the British blonde said.

"I want to." Cody said with a smile.

Bethany smiled. "Thank you," Bethany said.

"You are welcome." Cody said.

"I'm Bethany," the blonde smiled.

[Cody Rhodes]

"I'm Cody." Cody said.

[Guest]

Bethany nodded, looking over at the karoke stage at the front of the club.

"You sing?" Cody asked.

[Guest]

"A little," Bethany said.

[Cody Rhodes]

"Why don't you go up there." Cody said.

[Guest]

"No way," Bethany said. "I haven't sang seriously since highschool."

"So." Cody said.

[Guest]

"Make you a deal," Bethany said. "I'll go up there, but you have to go after me."

[Cody Rhodes]

"I really can't sing." Cody said.

[Guest]

"Come on," Bethany said.

[AJ Gaspard]

"You don't understand. I'm really, really bad at it." Cody said.

[Guest]

"Fine," Bethany said.

[AJ Gaspard]

"But I'd love to hear you." Cody said.

[Guest]

"I'll go on next," Bethany said.
