April Assignments (All Reporters Respond Please)

[Rebecca Rosline]

Rebecca cleared the white assignment board in her office and wrote down her staff members names as she waited for them to arrive to get their assignments.

[Anetha Johnson]

Anetha walked in and sat down. "Hey boss."

[Rebecca Rosline]

"Hello Anetha," Rebecca said.

[Anetha Johnson]

"So what are we doing for this week."

[Rebecca Rosline]

"I have to wait on the others before I give you your assignments for this month, but I've got the perfect spot for you," Rebecca smiled.

[Derek Hayes]

Derek walked into the room with a large cup of coffe in his hand.

"Hey Rebecca." He said as he sat down next to Anetha and flashed her a smile.

"Sweet." Anetha said before she started to play with her small stress ball that looked like a basket ball. She smiled back at Derek.

"Derek, nice to see you," Rebecca smiled.

[Derek Hayes]

"You're way to happy at this time of the morning." Derek said, taking a sip of his coffee.

[Anetha Johnson]

Anetha nodded and tossed her stress ball at Derek's arm making it bounce back to her. "Yay I found a new game."

[Rebecca Rosline]

Rebecca chuckled and shook her head.

[Anetha Johnson]

"I'm running off a sugar high."

[Derek Hayes]

"No, I couldn't tell at all." Derek sarcastically said with a smirk.

[Rebecca Rosline]

"I can tell," Rebecca chuckled.

[Anetha Johnson]

"You think you're so cute." Anetha said as she threw the ball at him. "You know that smirk should be illegal."

[Derek Hayes]

"I don't think, I'm cute...I know it." Derek said, said catching the ball. "I love the reaction I get from it, which is why I do it so much."

[Anetha Johnson]

Anetha rolled her eyes. "Yeah yeah. Too cute for you're own damn good."

[Rebecca Rosline]

"Alright, alright you two, I don't think Ria would be very happy to find out you're flirting with your coworkers Derek," Rebecca said.

[Derek Hayes]

Derek chuckled as he sunk down in his seat and put his feet on the desk in front of him.

"You love it." He said confidently before he looked up at Rebecca.

"I didn't do anything." Derek said.

[Anetha Johnson]

"She knows I won't act on it." Anetha said with a smile. "I got my own guy to keep me busy." She sunk back and put her feet up. "At least play catch with me don't just hold my ball."

[Rebecca Rosline]

Rebecca nodded.

"We're just waiting on Rachel and Bethany," Rebecca said.

[Derek Hayes]

"You would if you could though." Derek added before he casually threw the ball to Anetha.

"What the hell is taking those two so long?" Derek asked.

[Anetha Johnson]

"Maybe you will never know." Anetha said as she caught the ball. Her phone vibrated and checked her texts. She smiled then tossed the ball back at Derek.

Bethany slipped into the room and sat in the back.

"I'll take that as a yes. I just have that effect over women." Derek said, catching the ball with one hand as he drank some of his coffee.
