Maryse rolled her eyes, completely irritated that this woman had been both more talent and wiser than she was. "Oh, shut up." Maryse said in annoyance.

Rai sat on the turnbuckle. "Just do another handstand. This time don't think about anything. Calm your breathing and you will stay up longer. Ignore everything around you."

Maryse sighed, not understanding why this time would be any different than the other times she did it.

She walked into the ring and began doing her handstand. She calmed her breathing and remained focused on her handstand more than the people around her, this time. Surprisingly, she wasn't falling down.

Maryse held onto her handstand position slowly before pushing her body backwards so that she could land gracefully back on her feet.

"Much better." Rai said from her spot on the turnbuckle. "Block out the cheers, the boos, everything but you and the ring."

Maryse nodded. It was a bit difficult for her seeing as she thrived of the attention from others. "I'll...I'll give it my best." She told.

Rai nodded she got down. "Use your opponent's weight against them." She looked at the MMA fighters. "One of you get in here." One of the bigger ones got in. Rai looked at Maryse. "When your opponent runs at you. Counter it with less force." The fighter ran at her and Rai grabbed his arm and dropped down sending him flying.
