Catching up with a Legend (Anyone)

John watched Rai as she knelt beside Eddie's grave. He watched her talk to the headstone.

Rai traced the headstone with a small smile. "I miss you uncle Eddie. Things have been so weird lately."

Adam pulled up to a stop and noticed Nitro's car. "Looks like Nitro and Rai are here."

[Cheyenne Copeland]

Cheyenne nodded. "Yeah, they are."

[Adam Copeland]

Adam got out and went to Nitro. "Hey man." He noticed Rai crying. "How's Pixie doing?"

Cheyenne laid a hand on Rai's shoulder.

Rai looked up then hugged her. "I miss him."


Nitro shook his head. "I don't know how she's doing. She called me upset and asked me to take her to Eddie's grave."

Adam nodded and walked towards the two.

"I know you do," Cheyenne said.

Adam knelt down. "Little Rated R?"


Rai looked at Adam and hugged him crying harder. "Shh it's ok." He looked at Cheyenne feeling helpless.

"Rai, I know you miss him, I miss my brother terribly," Cheyenne said before she snuck away to Christopher's grave.

Rai pulled away and wiped her tears. "I forgot he was buried here." Rai then went to go sit with Cheyenne.


Adam looked at the tombstone. "Hey Eddie I know it's been awhile."

[Cheyenne Copeland]

Cheyenne broke down almost insantly.

Rai wrapped her arms around Cheyenne holding the taller woman close.


Adam took a deep breath. "They need your strength. You was always able to help them."

Cheyenne glanced over toward Adam, she needed him desperately

"Bye Eddie." Adam said as he headed towards his wife and best female friend other than his wife. He wrapped his arms around her. Rai went back to Eddie's grave leaving the couple alone.

"I want him back," Cheyenne whimpered.

[Adam Copeland]

"I know you do baby." Adam said as he held her. He rubbed her arm with one hand.

"He was nineteen Addy!" Cheyenne sobbed.

"I know sweetie I know." Adam held her close and let her cry. He ran his fingers through her hair.

"Stupid drunk driver," Cheyenne muttered.

[Adam Copeland]

Adam nodded and rubbed her back. "I know baby."

[Cheyenne Copeland]

"Don't ever leave me," Cheyenne whimpered.

"I won't." Adam said before he placed a kiss ontop of her head.

"Addy," Cheyenne whimpered. "I don't feel so good."

"Come on let's get you home."
