Destiny slept well for the first hour or so until she began to whimper, twisting and turning in her sleep, a horrifying nightmare plaguing her mind.

Adam woke up and looked down at Destiny. "Sweetie wake up. Daddy's here." He pulled her close.

Destiny's jolted awake, her eyes snapping open as she began to cry, clinging to Adam for dear life.

Adam pulled her onto his lap and rocked her. "Shhh sweetie it was just a bad dream. Daddy is right here and he isn't going anywhere."

"Never. I'm going to be around until you're 103." Adam said as he kissed the crown of her head.
