He smiled back before glancing down toward her leg.

"How's the ankle feel?"

"A little better," Melina said before she nearly screamed when a doctor came in and shifted it.

"Hey, easy." Dave told the doctor, when he noticed the pain it caused Melina.

As the doctor nodded, Dave began to rub the back of his head - he wanted to move on with the new topic, but something had still been buzzing in his head.

With the doctor now in the room, it made things awkward - but Dave seemingly couldn't get it off his mind. "You know Mel, I was serious about when I said you deserve better than him.."

"If I were with you...I'd treat you better than he did..." Dave stammered, causing the doctor to glance up at Dave - knowing he was attempting to make a move on Melina.

Dave only glared toward the doctor who quickly went back to aiding Melina's ankle.
