First Interactions (Melina/Daniel/Anyone)

[Melina Perez]

Melina smiled as she watched her three year old son she kept a secret playing with Legos on the floor. Someday she was going to have to tell someone about him.

[Dave Batista]

Dave walked up to Melina's door. He had gotten one of the guys to cover for him at one of the signings he was suppose to attend and decided to spend the rest of his day with Melina.

Dave knocked against the door with a bag full of take-out in hands. He had hoped Melina hadn't ate earlier, considering his visit had been a surprise, he hadn't exactly asked her yet.

Melina smiled when she answered the door.

"Hi Dave," Melina said.

[Dave Batista]

He smiled back.

"Hope you don't mind me stopping by." He told, before pulling out a white bag from behind him. "I bought some Chinese take-out, just in case my adorable grin couldn't win me inside."

Melina chuckled.

"Come on in, there's someone I'd like you to meet," Melina said.

[Dave Batista]

Dave raised his brow before taking a step inside her home.

"Should I be nervous?"

[Melina Perez]

" Just come here," Melina said, leading Dave into the living room.

[Dave Batista]

Dave followed Melina, whilst looking around her home, nervously.

Melina smiled and gestured to the young boy on the floor. "This is Daniel," Melina said.

Dave smiled at the toddler he saw on the floor playing with legos. "Hey, Daniel!"

Daniel waved, focused on his lego castle.

"Adorable kid." Dave told. "He must get his looks from you."

[Melina Perez]

"He must," Melina chuckled.

[Dave Batista]

Dave smiled. "Oh, and your take-out." He remembered, handing Melina over her share.

"Thank you," Melina smiled, setting it on the counter and scooping Daniel up.

Dave watched Melina hold Daniel and smiled, he never saw her with a younger child before - except during fan signings.

"Momma!" Daniel giggled, squirming in Melina's arms as she began to tickle him.

Dave smiled at the sight of Melina and her son.

"Momma quit!" Daniel giggled.

[Dave Batista]

Dave chuckled.

"This is definitely bringing up some childhood memories." He thought out loud, as he remembered how he had always been an extremely ticklish child.

Melina set Daniel down and watched him run to his room.

Dave watched him head off and then looked back toward Melina.

"He seems like a really great kid." He told her, proud to see Melina was indeed a good parent.

"He really is," Melina smiled.

[Dave Batista]

He nodded. "And, you seem to be taking great care of him. I'm proud of you, Mel."

[Melina Perez]

"I get him everytime I'm home," Melina said. "He's my everything."
